Each piece is handcrafted using techniques such as casting, cuttlefish bone pouring, and patina finishing. Variations in texture, tone, or form are intentional and reflect the artisanal nature of the work.

• Orders are processed once payment is received in full.
• Accepted payments include major credit cards and approved gateways.
• Custom orders require full payment upfront unless otherwise stated.

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers with tracking. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is transferred to the carrier. International orders may incur customs fees or import duties, which are your responsibility.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final. Exceptions may be made for items damaged in transit, provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Repairs or adjustments can be arranged for original works only. Natural wear or oxidation over time is not considered a defect and is part of the piece’s evolving character.

By registering for a workshop, you assume responsibility for your safety and agree to follow all instructions. Workshops are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Your privacy is respected. Data collected during purchases or correspondence is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable FCC/FTC regulations.
